As Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Advisory function, ensuring our Financial Planners are supported, developed, and empowered to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will be accountable for managing regional performance, monitoring key KPIs such as revenue, productivity, client acquisition and profitability, and ensuring planners are set up to succeed through effective development planning, coaching and oversight.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Manager/Supervisor
- A strong communicator and analytical thinker with proven leadership and people-management experience
- Adaptable, decisive, and able to stay calm and effective under pressure
- A collaborative team player who builds trust and influences stakeholders at all levels
- Skilled at balancing commercial priorities with people needs to achieve positive outcomes, exercising sound judgement and discretion
