Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, site operations, recruitment operations, or CRO/sponsor-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly
- Ability to articulate technical and operational concepts in a clear, concise, and confident way
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
- Comfort working across teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
