The MSW will work with individuals to develop and implement person-centered plans that promote independence and community integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with traumatic brain injuries and/or disabilities
- Knowledge of the NHTD program and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic health record systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
