Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate lease agreements, amendments, and renewals.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in lease contracts.
- Advise healthcare providers on lease obligations and compliance.
- Draft and revise lease-related documents.
- Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree and active state bar license.
- 3+ years of commercial real estate or leasing experience (healthcare leasing preferred).
- Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
- Ability to manage multiple lease transactions efficiently.
