Digital Coach/Trainer - Microsoft 365 Applications

Do you have experience of working within Business or Education as someone who has supported staff to learn M365 Applications?

Primary Goal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our M365 Digital Champions apprenticeship programme.

The successful applicant will be supporting School and business Staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve their goals as part of digital transformation within their workplaces.

Essential knowledge & skills:

• Experience of Teaching, Coaching and Mentoring learnings in M365 skills
• Experience of supporting staff in businesses with technical knowledge
• Experience of using technologies to improve workload efficiencies and performance
• Demonstrable knowledge or practical experience of digital transformation
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
• Experience in offering information, advice and guidance.
• A keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners, employers and colleagues.

Desirable knowledge & skills:

• Coaching/Assessor/Teaching qualification(s).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 Power Bi and Power Automate
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Loop, Teams, Co-pilot, Stream, OneNote, Bookings, Outlook, Whiteboard, Excel, OneDrive, Planner/To Do
• Knowledge of using and creating Canva presentations
• Good knowledge of Secure use of Data and
