Enterprise Application Administrator

Prenuvo is looking for an Enterprise Application Administrator to join their Security and IT team and play a pivotal role in supporting business growth while maintaining scalability and security.

Requirements

• Administer, monitor, and improve cloud-based enterprise applications
• Support the configuration, customization, and administration of Salesforce
• Participate in projects related to new enterprise application selection, expansion, migrations, and decommissioning
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for application management, integrations, and support
• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and access reviews
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes
• Coordinate Salesforce releases, testing, and deployment of new features
• Provide Salesforce user training, onboarding, and ongoing support
• Response to support tickets raised by internal stakeholders
