United Kingdom onlyWe are seeking a Financial Adviser Performance Coach to work closely with Financial Planners across the business, supporting them to deliver consistently high quality advice through practical coaching, training and development.
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
- Experience in financial advice, wealth management, adviser development or T and C
- Strong understanding of FCA regulatory expectations
- Proven experience delivering training or coaching to advisers
- Desirable: Chartered status or working towards this, J07 qualification, Experience supporting multi site or growing advice teams
