Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- Active LPN or LVN license in California
- 3+ years of nursing experience; home health or med/surg background preferred
- Current CPR certification with AHA
- Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and the ability to travel to patient homes
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-first mindset
