Clinical Research Associate

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to provide support to study sites and clinical project teams engaged in clinical research studies. The CRA II will oversee all aspects of study site management, provide guidance on audit readiness, and manage site start-up procedures. The role requires a strong focus on patient safety, quality of data, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of on-site monitoring experience, with 1 year of oncology trial experience preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Customer service demeanor, flexibility, and teamwork
• Fluency in English communication, verbally and in writing
• Working knowledge of the drug development process
