Colombia onlyARRISE is seeking a Streamer Community Specialist - Portuguese & Spanish language to be responsible for the daily execution, moderation, and relationship management of the Portuguese speaking segment within their official streamer community. The role involves executing daily moderation across Discord and other community hubs, identifying and reporting community trends, conflicts, or technical bugs, and enforcing brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese; Spanish language is a plus
- Confident handling of community interactions and inquiries
- Experience moderating online communities (e.g., Discord, forums, social platforms)
- Basic knowledge of Discord (roles, channels, permissions)
- Ability to enforce guidelines while maintaining a positive tone
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and culture
- Previous experience with influencer management is preferred
- Content writing or campaign execution experience is a plus
- Good organization and multitasking skills
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Experience with reporting, performance tracking and CRM tools is preferred
- Passion or knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus
