In alignment with invenioLSI Business Strategy, this role will report to Chief Technology Officer and be part of a team of architects and presales leads that are driving the rapid expansion of our SAP business (S/4HANA, BTP, and Saas/Paas Apps, Intelligent Industries, Cloud).

As an SAP Digital Architect, you will be responsible for design, implement, and provide support solutions to customers. You will, along with your colleagues/architects/specialists, design Multi-pillar architectures based on SAPs solutions, integrated with best-in-class Apps, in a multi-Cloud environment. In this role, you will ensure customers derive maximum value from our services. You will work closely with customers to identify new requirements and consult internal teams to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Being an integral part of growing the team, you will support the Practice head on the identification of skills gaps required to grow the SAP technical practice.
Responsibilities

• Analyze, shape, architect and estimate responses for large SAP transformation opportunities. You will be able to assess and synthesize complex RFx requests.
• SAP & Cloud technical architecture leadership and providing SME delivery oversight on engagements.
• Define, develop and promote SAP & Cloud technical architectures focused propositions and go to market approaches.
• Delivering compelling and confident presentations across client pursuits and external/internal events, building eminence.
• Developing trusted relationships across client stakeholder groups and key partners such as SAP.
• Manage, design, implement and support solutions for our customers.
• Help to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Lead technical projects, communicating directly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead architectural discussions and implementations to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment.
• Drive and build innovative, creative, and reusable solutions for customer requirements.
• Be responsible as a thought leader to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualification & Work experience:

• Overall, 12-15 years of experience in SAP domain, which will include minimum 8-10 years experience in consulting business.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP offerings and solutions - services, hosting, models - and exploiting the platforms BTP and other PASS & third-party tools.
• Strong experience in SAP implementation, consulting, understanding of SAP technologies.
• Knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP products and how to architect those into a consistent framework.
• Pre-sales experience, responding to multi-million and large-scale RFPs with successful track record.
• Successful experience of designing complex SAP landscapes for customers anywhere in the world
• Strong knowledge of Hyperscaler offerings and their solutions, experience of designing multi-cloud architecture on AWS, Azure and GCP along with sound understanding of cloud economics.
• Technical background and ability to converse with the customers on the Portfolio of Solutions/ Services/ products /innovations developed by the Practice team.
• Experience in partnering with multiple stakeholders like Project Delivery, Service Delivery, Sales, and Practice Heads
• Experience in generating creative leads, especially on new technological advances in Database/applications/infrastructure and Architecture and ability to implement new income-generating streams or products.
• Experience of presentation to senior stakeholders up to and including CxO level and managing ongoing relationships.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
