Being a people-first organization, PradeepIT constantly strives for individuals who won't just keep up, but break new ground, work with cutting edge technology and ramp-up their skills with course created by our Vertical Heads, Senior Architect for freely with help of PradeepIT Academy.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Serves as a member of Support team to assist troubleshoot application issues and fix the incidentPerform triage and escalate incidents as required (Application/Security/3rd Party etc)Create RCA report and share with stakeholders,implement measure to mitigate the recurrence of all such incidents in futureAssist implementation of automated remediation where possible, leveraging event triggers/automation (IAC/PAC etc.)Implement best practices for instrumentation of services/technology stack being used in the environment, ;amp;amp;amp; continuous update as the applicableDeveloping or updating support documentation and FAQsTake part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night ShiftsWork out of hours based on the request to perform production support activitiesAble to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality customer responseManage incidents in the incident management tools like Jira, etcTimely Response to incidents and take to closure by effectively communicating status with end customersContinuous improvement of the support process based on the encounter incidents/ticketsRelevant ExperienceAmazing troubleshooting and logic skills to diagnose customer problems, obtain results and then provide solutionsGreat organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize incidents/tickets to work at the same timeKnowledge with Security products like ClearQuest, AppScan, Fortify, etc is an added advantageKnowledge with Container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)Knowledge with complex virtualized network configurations and integration with a physical network infrastructureTroubleshoot ;amp;amp;amp; break-fix support for applications ;amp;amp;amp; 3rd party integrations deployed in AWSTriage incidents with customer s engineering teams and escalate as necessary to internal teams or engage 3rd party support,Able to effectively work in a group, or as an independent individual contributor,Understanding of following technology stacko RDS (MYSQL, PostgreSQL)o Rediso Docker, Kubernetes (ECS, EKS)o Kafka, ZooKeepero Spring, SpringBoot, Kongo React, Java, JS, Angularo EC2 (Windows ;amp;amp;amp; Linux), IAMExperience working in an Agile development environmentExcellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a global teamQualificationsA Bachelor ;amp;amp;#39;s Degree with 5-8 Years of industrial experience, 3+ years of product support leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, JS and Related DevOps Toolsets in AWS CloudJob FunctionsSupport Senior Engineer (Product Support)
