The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the real estate process.
What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to inquiries regarding services, processes, and transactions
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about properties, appointments, documentation, or next steps
- Process transactions, requests, or updates in internal systems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all times
What we are looking for
- 1–3+ years of experience in customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
It is a big plus if you have
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Familiarity with property management systems or CRMs
- Experience handling transactions or documentation in real estate
