Portland Webworks is seeking to fill an immediate contract-based position tasked with creating pages of content for a website migration project. This individual will work with a small team of content migrators, web designers, and technical consultants to complete a site migration into Drupal 10 or a similar content management system. Our intent is to assign this individual to an immediate project expected to last 2-3 months (approximately November 1 2025 into January 2026), with the potential to extend several more months.

- Enthusiasm for creating effective and user-friendly web pages from a toolkit of content components
- Prior experience working with a content management system or in web-based communications; Drupal preferred
- Ability to generate pages in a CMS, from existing source material, quickly and efficiently, including following guidance already compiled or to be compiled relating to minor adjustments and consolidation of pages.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to migration planning, mapping, and content analysis
- Copying existing content into the new content management system using a set of content tools
- Uploading and organizing media assets (PDFs, images, etc.)
- Basic content QA
- Following instructions relating to using the appropriate content / page type and page structure to use
- Ensuring the high quality and accuracy of generated pages to minimize rework, iteration, and errors

While the work will be completed remotely, the physical / working location of the candidate must be in the United States.
