Operations Associate

Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market platform. We're growing fast and need an Operations Associate to help build our operational infrastructure from scratch. The role involves process documentation, project coordination, internal knowledge base management, recurring operations, and ad hoc support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in operations, consulting, project management, or a similar role at a fast-paced company
• Exceptional writing skills
• Notion/docs power user
• Proactive and comfortable working across many functions and switching context frequently
