PointClickCare is seeking a Learning Designer to lead end-to-end learning design for customers, partners, and internal product education. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing and developing adult learning solutions, strong expertise in learning design methodologies, and experience partnering with SMEs and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing and developing adult learning solutions for software products or complex processes
- Strong expertise in learning design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, agile learning development) including evaluation
- Proven ability to lead learning initiatives end-to-end (scope, plan, stakeholders, delivery)
- Advanced skill using modern learning authoring and visual design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canva, Parta.io, Clueso, and AI-enabled technologies)
