We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative with a proven sales record to support our growth in the vitamin and supplement category.
Requirements
- Proactively outbound call prospective and inactive retail accounts
- Identify and engage store buyers, managers, and owners
- Educate retailers on product benefits, differentiation, and assortment strategy (using compliant claims)
- Open new wholesale accounts and secure opening orders
- Drive reorders, SKU expansion, and promotional participation
- Maintain accurate activity, notes and pipeline in CRM
- Follow a structured call cadence and sales process
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer service teams
- Stay current on product knowledge, compliance guidelines, and competitive landscape
- Consistently meeting or exceeding new account and revenue targets
- High follow-through and account responsiveness
- Strong reorder rates across assigned accounts
- Growing average order value and SKUs per store
