Ping Identity is seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to join our Finance team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to our Finance, Sales Operations, and Sales Compensation teams – bringing your expertise to design, build, and guide the development of scalable, cross-functional Anaplan models and empower data-driven decisions.

You’ll lead requirements gathering, model architecture, and implementation to drive automation and efficiency across our planning and reporting processes. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable models will be critical, along with ensuring the integrity and performance of our Anaplan environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Anaplan models across Finance, Sales Operations, and Sales Compensation functions
  • Facilitate user story workshops, collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and lead UAT and training sessions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline planning workflows, improve system performance and resolve issues within existing models
  • Document model architecture, configurations and processes to support knowledge sharing and long-term sustainability
  • Evaluate, monitor, and optimize legacy models for sizing, performance, and scalability with the evolving business needs
  • Support bi-directional integrations with key business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, Greenhouse to ensure seamless dataflow
  • Build user-friendly dashboards and reports to support day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience, ideally in a cross functional role in Finance and/or Sales Operations
  • Strong foundation with 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Sales Performance Management
  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder (Level 2 or higher); Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of multi-dimensional modeling, agile methodologies, and Anaplan best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

You'll have an advantage if you have:

  • Prior experience in a SaaS Organization in a high growth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Strong foundation of sales processes such as quota management, territory planning, forecast, capacity, Sales forecasting and incentive compensation design
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, UKG, and Greenhouse
  • Experience building a Sales Compensation model in Anaplan is a strong plus

Salary: $100,500-$120,658

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
