Requirements
- Proven experience working with React Native in production mobile applications
- Strong delivery mindset and a clear product focus
- Product-oriented, delivery-focused mindset — you care about outcomes, not just code
- Hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Clear and effective communicator who is approachable and easy to work with in a remote team
- Good written and spoken English and Polish
