Germany onlyAs a Technical Consultant, you will deploy and support IT solutions for radiology, offered by the Philips Health IT division. You will interact with healthcare professionals and hospital IT departments to integrate our AV/AI solution into the hospital clinical workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Business or Engineering or equivalent
- No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree or minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Technical Consulting, Customer Support, Healthcare Industry or equivalent
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware such as servers, storage, and network devices
- Knowledge and proven experience with Windows client, server, and network systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Good analytical skills for troubleshooting IT issues
- Basic knowledge of virtualization on VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.
- Fluent in German and good level of English
- Excellent communication and customer management skills that enable dialogue with stakeholders with varying technical expertise
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
