Regional Partner Account Manager will lead and grow Philips' distributor relationships across Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Albania, driving regional sales, developing country strategies and managing distributor performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in sales, distributor or channel management
- Master's degree
- Strong commercial mind-set, strategic thinking skills and deep understanding of healthcare in the territory
- Ability to motivate and influence others, build trusted relationships and have proven people and matrix-management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Slovak languages
