Installation Operations Specialist - Healthcare Imaging SystemsDescription de poste
You will enable improvement to the Order to Cash cycle for the Imaging/Connected Care/Ultrasound businesses. This role requires timely communication with the Project Management organization, merge center, customer fulfillment center, Philips’ factories, and external suppliers, where appropriate. This role is the focal point for the Project Management organization for problem resolution for supply chain/resource optimization.
Your role:
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Project Managers, Service/Clinical Managers, SMA Delivery, SCM) to identify workforce needs and ensure resource availability (internal or third-party).
- Lead order fulfillment and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery for ultrasound, IGT, Volcano, and Connected Care projects.
- Optimize resource planning by allocating qualified personnel across regions, supporting zones as needed, and improving scheduling tools and processes.
- Drive productivity and growth through effective manpower utilization, process improvements, and participation in cross-functional initiatives and daily management.
- Ensure quality and compliance by validating staff qualifications, developing installation auditing processes, and supporting operations across multiple time zones.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years or equivalent experience in project/operations management, with familiarity in CRM or scheduling tools (e.g., ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP).
- Strong technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and solid documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset, with experience supporting business improvement initiatives.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to meet changing business needs and work overtime if required.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $58,800 to $92,400. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
