Performancepixel is a Creative-First Performance Marketing Agency in the DACH region seeking an experienced creative leader to build, lead, and elevate the creative quality and performance of their campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Art Direction, or Creative Lead roles in Performance Marketing or Agency environments
• Proven experience in developing Ad Creative concepts for Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Experience in analyzing creative performance data (CTR, Hook Rate, ROAS, etc.)
• Leadership experience: you have already led or built a creative team
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing, Funnel Logic, and Testing Frameworks
• Ability to present creative ideas clearly and convincingly to customers
