Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, Foreman, or equivalent field management role in commercial construction, paving, or hardscapes
- Strong proficiency in Procore, specifically daily reporting and site management tools
- Deep understanding of commercial blueprints, project sequencing, and paver/hardscape installation methods
- Demonstrated ability to manage, schedule, and motivate multiple field crews simultaneously
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to travel extensively throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties
