Project Operation Executive

Project Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of projects to ensure their successful execution. The role often involves collaboration across teams, clients, managing timelines and ensuring the project aligns with the project scope.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and/or Client to gather project requirements, understand objectives, analyze needs, and provide recommendations.
  • Request and manage the extraction of relevant data points from the internal Database Team to support project requirements.
  • Evaluate the relevancy of existing data points and determine if additional data needs to be acquired. Provide feedback to the Project Manager and/or Client.
  • Analyze and clean extracted data, including removing duplicates and selecting the most relevant data points for the project.
  • Set up call lists using the Pulley Ascent system and assign tasks to team members accordingly.
  • Perform daily data quality checks for ongoing projects, and report any issues or concerns related to team members data quality to the Project Manager.
  • Schedule and manage regular uploads of data back into the Pulley Ascent system and database.
  • Review data points from existing projects to identify gaps, analyze performance, and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates, generate project reports, qualify leads, and track lead progress.
  • Conduct call audits on team members calls to assess call quality and share constructive feedback for improvement.

Skills/Requirements

  • Strong data management skills with keen attention to details.
  • Business-level fluency in English communication, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Excellent business writing skills with impeccable grammar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced proficiency.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is advantageous.
  • A Bachelors or Associates degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
