- As aSenior Personal Assistant, you’re the force that keeps everything aligned, on time, and under control. You’ll anticipate needs before they arise, bring structure to complexity, and ensure leaders can focus on what truly matters.

- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple priorities.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support communication and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
- Coordinate travel, events, and logistics.
- Maintain business registers, documentation, and version control.
- Assist with project tracking using tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
- Strong experience in coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
- Exposure to working with cross-functional stakeholders.
