- As anNDIS Rostering & Operations Coordinator, you’re the behind-the-scenes orchestrator ensuring everything runs like clockwork—even when the unexpected hits. Shifts change, needs evolve, and priorities compete—but you keep the system moving, the people supported, and the operations sharp.

- Build and manage staff rosters aligned with client requirements.
- Allocate shifts, manage replacements, and handle last-minute changes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain service continuity.
- Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports.
- Support recruitment administration and compliance documentation.
- Use rostering systems (e.g., Deputy or similar) and Microsoft tools.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination.
- Strong administrative and reporting skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with rostering platforms (e.g., Deputy or similar).
- Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments (NDIS experience preferred).
- Background in BPO, contact centers, or workforce planning.
