- As an AU RTO Instructional Designer, you won’t just design content — you’ll engineer learning that’s structured, compliant, and built to perform in real-world environments. From mapping frameworks to building assessment tools, you’ll ensure every piece of content is clear, aligned, and audit-ready.

- Design, develop, and update training and assessment materials.
- Build structured assessment tools (knowledge, practical, observation).
- Create and maintain mapping documentation aligned to frameworks.
- Upload and manage LMS content (SCORM-compliant).
- Maintain version control and ensure system accuracy.
- Support audit and compliance requirements.
- Participate in validation and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with trainers, SMEs, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Required Qualification (Must-Have):
- Minimum 2 years experience in instructional design, learning design, or related roles.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas).
- Experience developing structured learning and assessment materials.
- Familiarity with SCORM content and LMS management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within structured, process-driven environments.
(Nice-to-Have):
- Experience in compliance or regulated environments.
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Experience supporting audits or compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with training package requirements or framework mapping.
- Ability to manage version control and content governance processes.
