Role Overview- Behind every successful mortgage approval is someone making sure every document, detail, and deadline is exactly where it needs to be.
- As anAU Mortgage Loan Processor, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps loan applications organized, accurate, and moving forward.
- Working closely with brokers and credit assessors, you’ll help transform complex documentation into clean, submission-ready files that get deals across the line.
- If you enjoy structured workflows, spotting the details others miss, and playing a key role in helping clients secure finance — this role will keep you engaged and valued every day.
Key Responsibilities:- Reprice loans when required.
- Order property valuations.
- Rename and organize loan documents correctly.
- Review loan documents before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Follow lender checklists to confirm required documentation.
- Advise brokers on missing client documentation.
- Enter client information intoQuicklito support credit assessors.
- Complete lender documentation andApply Onlinesubmissions.
- Send credit guides and compliance documentation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Experience supporting theloan or mortgage application process.
- Strongdocument management and organization skills.
- High attention to detail when reviewing documentation.
- Ability to communicate clearly withbrokers or lenders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Familiarity withQuickli.
- Experience withFinsureorInfynity.
- Previous experience inAustralian mortgage processing.
