Werea housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas.Wereambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. We are looking for a Senior Contract Managers to join our team.
You will lead on the contract administration of complex investment involving multiplecomponentreplacements. This roleis responsible forensuring that contracts meet legal,regulatoryand quality standards while delivering value for money andhigh levelsof tenant satisfaction. You will also be responsible forleading a team of Contract Managers and Customer Liaison Officers on a day-to-day basis to ensure the effective management, delivery,complianceand performance of social housing asset investment programmes such as kitchens, bathrooms,windowsand roofing.
To succeedyoullhave proven experience of managing contractors and consultants, gained within a construction,maintenanceor social housing environment. You will also have proven experiencein leading,developing and motivating a team. A relevant professional qualification(e.gCIH Level 4, RICS or equivalent) or substantial experience in aconstruction baseddiscipline is essential.
