Requirements
- Still at least 1 year enrolled
- Gathered practical experience in the HR area (e.g. through an internship)
- Well-developed hands-on mentality
- Proactive and structured work style
- Interest and understanding of HR systems (e.g. Personio/HiBob)
- Textual security in German and English
- Good internal communication skills
- Team player
