Requirements

• Experience: Several years of experience in consulting, change management, pre-sales, or as a trainer.
• Tech Affinity: You are a sovereign user in at least one hyperscaler ecosystem (ideally Google Workspace & Gemini) and have a real pleasure in trying out new features.
• Personality: You are a winning and approachable personality who can also moderate critical groups sovereignly and translate complex topics into clear business value.
• Method: You have experience leading large groups and bring ideal knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Design Thinking) or change frameworks (e.g. Prosci ADKAR).
• Languages: You moderate workshops safely in German and communicate fluently in English.
• Travel Readiness: You bring flexibility for regular project-related deployments directly on site at our customers in the DACH region.
