Requirements
- Successful completion of training in the IT field
- Secure, practical experience in administering cloud environments (preferably Google Workspace and M365)
- Good knowledge in client support and device management (MDM) for Windows, macOS and/or ChromeOS
- Strong hands-on mentality, high technical problem-solving skills and a strong service orientation
- Technical understanding of IT security standards and best practices
- Team player qualities, self-motivation and enthusiasm for an agile work environment
- Good German and English language skills in writing and speech
