Public Cloud Group (PCG) is a cloud expert company that helps companies modernize, secure, and future-proof their IT landscapes. They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead (m/f/d) - Google Cloud & AI to join their Google Sales Team in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise solution sales, experience in managing the partner ecosystem, and a deep understanding of Google Workspace and Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Proven Hunter DNA & Track Record: Several years of professional experience and documented successes in enterprise solution sales (IT/cloud professional services) with a clear focus on acquiring new customers.
- Strategic C-Level Engagement & Stakeholder Management: The ability to appear on C-level as a convincing sparring partner and trusted advisor, present complex strategies, and ensure stakeholder management.
- Ecosystem Expertise & Partner Push: Experience in managing the partner ecosystem (particularly Google) and actively pushing vendor and partner leads towards common goals.
- Independent Drive & Vision: High self-motivation, strong goal orientation, and commitment, combined with innovative thinking to explore new market opportunities.
- Google Workspace & Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of the transformative impact of Google Workspace and Google Cloud.
- Sales- & Pipeline-Excellence: Experienced handling of CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) for transparent management of the entire sales cycle and creation of precise forecasts.
- Communication & Language: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in German and English.
- Team ability and drive: You convince with result-oriented work and the joy of collaborating with our diverse team.
