We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help ensure our operations run seamlessly during evenings and weekends. As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for our merchants during off-peak hours.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) – mandatory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends
- Previous customer support experience is an asset, ideally in payments, POS, or SaaS environments
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
