You will be responsible for leading a team, developing paralegals, and supporting litigation caseloads. We are looking for an experienced paralegal with a strong working knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules, as well as experience with e-filing, legal documentation, and litigation management software.
Requirements
- 5+ years of plaintiff's personal injury litigation paralegal experience
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory, team lead, or management role overseeing paralegal or legal support staff
- Strong working knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules
- Experience with e-filing, legal documentation, and litigation management software
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate others
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management instincts
- Genuine empathy for injured clients and an unwavering client-first mindset
