Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. This role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective customers and booking high-quality discovery meetings for Sales Consultants. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, comfort with high-volume outreach and the ability to stay organized and resilient in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers with defined ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Outreach: Conducting high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage prospective customers.
- Lead Qualification: Identifying prospect pain points and assessing fit for the product/service.
- Meeting Booking: Scheduling discovery calls and demos for Sales Consultants, ensuring accurate handoff and context.
- Pipeline Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified pipeline created.
- CRM Management: Logging activities and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and Sales Consultants to align messaging, provide feedback on lead quality and refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot), sales engagement tools and LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Resilience: Handling rejection and staying motivated and maintaining momentum in a high-activity role.
- Organization: Strong time management to meet targets.
- Business Acumen: Understanding sales cycles and market needs.
- Mindset: Self-starter, tenacious, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
