Paradigm is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to support and enhance high-volume, mission-critical applications through the development and integration of custom extensions and workflows. This hands-on role focuses on implementing feature enhancements and client-driven requests using. NET, Java, and SQL technologies. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and serve as a technical resource within a collaborative environment.

As an Associate Software Engineer you will:
- Use Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies in the full life cyclesoftware development process including requirements analysis, software design,prototyping, programming, debugging and testing of system software productionapplications.
- Participate in technical design and implementation.
- Proactivelyraises issues if specification will lead to quality, system performance, orarchitectural issues in product.
- Collaborate with fellow developers in areas ofexpertise as well as members of business unit.
- Demonstrate self-directed andproactive approach to solving problems.
- Develop, debug and deliver enterpriseapplications.
- Demonstrate self-directed and proactive approach to solvingproblems.
- Proactively mentor fellow developers in areas of expertise.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
• Demonstrable knowledge of the following technologies: C#/.NET, MVC, MSSQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and Pipelines.
• Experience with Knockout or Angular a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2 years of software development experience
• Self-starter capable of working on small teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with all aspects of the software development life cycle.
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills.
• Proven problem solving abilities and creative thinking.
