Responsibilities include reviewing payments, analyzing contractual arrangements, and communicating with payers and patient account representatives. The role also involves researching and adhering to regulatory collection guidelines and implementing contract management systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or combination of education and experience
• 3 years' patient accounting experience
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or business (preferred)
• Medical Billing or Coding Certification (preferred)
