Pallet is hiring a Senior/Principal GTM Recruiter to build the entire GTM recruiting function from the ground up. This role will partner directly with leadership to shape hiring strategy, define processes, and bring in exceptional talent to fuel the company's next phase of growth.
Requirements
- 6–10 years full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years hiring GTM roles (sales, marketing, ops)
- Proven success managing large requisition loads (10+ at a time)
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing orgs
- Ability to build scalable, data-driven sourcing engines
