We are looking for engaged and motivated Customer Support Managers to strengthen our team. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for providing them with a seamless experience with our software.

Requirements

  • Customer Support experience
  • Customer Success experience (advantageous)
  • Experience in the undertaker's branch (advantageous)
  • Experience in SaaS environment (preferably in B2B sector)
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Good sense of people, situations, and appropriate communication
  • Ability to work well independently and be well-structured
  • Reliability and motivation
