Requirements
- Customer Support experience
- Customer Success experience (advantageous)
- Experience in the undertaker's branch (advantageous)
- Experience in SaaS environment (preferably in B2B sector)
- Excellent German and English skills
- Good sense of people, situations, and appropriate communication
- Ability to work well independently and be well-structured
