The Director of Philanthropy is responsible for expanding philanthropic support and strategic partnerships to sustain and grow Pace's mission. This role leads relationship development, revenue generation, donor stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration to advance long-term organizational impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Five or more years of nonprofit development, partnerships, sales, or related experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue goals and managing a portfolio.
- Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems and data to inform fundraising strategy.
- A polished relationship-builder with strong executive presence and business acumen.
- A results-oriented development leader who balances strategy with execution.
