  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with the overall application architecture
  • Define and maintain data models, workflows, and integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Lead ServiceNow configuration and custom development (e.g. Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer).
  • Support setup of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules relevant to the project.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, GDPR, and public sector requirements.
  • Act as technical point of contact for ServiceNow within the overall program.
  • Support release planning, documentation, and QA for ServiceNow topics.
WHO YOU ARE
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture and configuration best practices.
  • Experience in both technical implementation and solution design.
  • Ideally certified (e.g. Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist).
  • Familiar with integration scenarios (REST, SOAP, MID Server, OAuth).
  • Comfortable working in agile and hybrid project environments.
