The Ecommerce Assistant will support the daily operations of our online retail business with a primary focus on Amazon marketplace management. This role involves maintaining product listings, optimizing content for search visibility, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM and related tools.
- Experience managing and optimizing Amazon product listings.
- Proficiency with keyword research and SEO best practices for ecommerce.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon advertising (PPC) platforms and strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights using Excel or similar tools.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Home Depot, or Lowes is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in ecommerce or online retail environment (1-2 years preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
