As a Senior Property Accountant, you will work with a national portfolio, providing strong financial reporting and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will also share your knowledge and participate in training for new accountants. This is a remote role supporting the East Coast Client Accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA designation is an asset.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive property accounting experience within the commercial real estate industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work with computer applications, including Excel, Word & MRI.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Third Party Management Experience.
