We’re on the hunt for a Data Analyst to join Tebex’s data guild and help shape how decisions are forged across the company. This role sits at the heart of our analytics ecosystem, where raw data is refined into trusted insights that guide product, growth, and strategy.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Integrate and model data from multiple sources into the company’s data lake to support advanced analysis and accurate reporting
- Develop scalable and robust data solutions, including DAGs, documentation, and well-structured dimensions, facts, and aggregations
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across pipelines, models, and outputs
- Build and maintain business-entity-centered models and data marts that support decision-making
- Design and deliver clear, aesthetic, and user-friendly dashboards in Tableau and Redash
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights that enable Tebex stakeholders to drive growth and performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Champion a data-driven culture by empowering teams to explore, trust, and use data confidently
- Guard the sacred fountain of truth, spotting anomalies, slaying data dragons, and ensuring insights are forged from clean and reliable inputs
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, with hands-on experience building scalable data solutions
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, optimization, and data modeling, within a cloud-based data warehouse, preferably Snowflake
- Proven experience working in payment-focused environments such as fintech, payment processors, banks, or e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of data warehouse and data lake architectures, including fact and dimension modeling and entity-based designs
- Solid experience with visualization and reporting tools, Tableau is a must, Redash is an advantage
- Familiarity with ETL and ELT processes
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy, validation, and quality
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real business problems with data
- Excellent analytical thinking, curiosity, and ownership mindset
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with ETL and ELT orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar DAG-based frameworks
- Experience with predictive analytics and statistical modeling techniques
- Hands-on experience building data pipelines using low-code platforms like Rivery
- Experience working with Redash
