Leading for Precision: You won't just oversee tasks; you’ll mentor and manage a team of 1–3 bookkeepers, ensuring every reconciliation, AP/AR entry, and month-end close is executed with surgical accuracy and on-time delivery.
Mastering the Tech Stack: You’ll act as a bridge between finance and technology, implementing cloud-based integrations and recommending app solutions that streamline workflows and eliminate manual bottlenecks.
Owning the Client Journey: As the primary point of contact, you serve as a trusted advisor, managing a dedicated book of business and ensuring that every deliverable—from tax return reconciliations to backlog cleanups—exceeds expectations.
