Product Designer

You are a problem solver, a Product Designer, you have experience using different design tools to produce interactive experiences that solve the needs of the customer and the business. Our team needs you!

As a Product Designer, a typical day might include the following:

• Plan and conduct UX research
• Craft thoughtful user experiences
• Build wireframes and prototypes to tackle difficult UX problems
• Own design problems end-to-end from initial concept through shipping and beyond
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure that they implement the team's design just right
• Ship, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Conceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design
• Promote a culture of Lean UX design, especially in the context of our applications
• Support the development team in implementing organization brand standards across their work
• Develop effective graphics and ad materials that align with the larger identity and mission of the organization.

We would like to hear from you if you:

• Have 3+ years of demonstrated experience in user experience design
• Have graphic design skills, proficiency with Adobe design products, including Illustrator and Photoshop is a must-have
• Are proficient with mockup/prototyping tools, Figma is our choice
• Are Proficient in modern web development i.e: responsive HTML and CSS preprocessors (less or sass)
• Have experience working in Agile environments
• Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
• Have strong communication skills to collaborate with various project stakeholders
• Have a portfolio that illustrates cross-platform design experience, creativity and innovative thinking
• Have a design process that works and you are willing to show us your way
