Commercial Contracting Manager (Contract Role)

We’re hiring a contract position for a Commercial Contracting Manager to oversee and lead commercial contracting, coordinate execution of clinical trial contracts, and trade agreement execution efforts for our growing cell therapy organization. This role will focus on contracting between Ossium and transplant centers, driving efficient execution of agreements, accelerating time to contract, and strengthening key customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharma contracting
• Proven track record of independently managing contract redlining, negotiation cycles, and execution
• Strong understanding of hospital contracting processes and stakeholder dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
