Tax Senior - Corporate

As a Tax Senior, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and partnership clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, ensuring deadlines are consistently met, and that all final submissions uphold the Firm's high standards of quality.

• Handling clients with revenues ranging from $0 to $100M across various industries: This includes sectors such as Tech Start-Ups, Pharmaceuticals, Marketing, Consumer Products, and a particular favorite—French Wine and Desserts.

• Reviewing and providing constructive feedback: Ensure timely review of tax returns prepared by Junior Staff, offering clear and actionable guidance.

• Mentoring and training Junior Team members: Provide support and deliver training sessions as needed to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

• Preparation of complex tax returns: This includes handling consolidations and international forms, such as 5472, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1042-S, and 114.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum requirement).

• 3-5 years of experience in tax return preparation with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines or proactively communicate when challenges arise.

• Autonomous work style combined with a strong sense of team collaboration.

• High standards of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.

• Authorization to work in the U.S..

• Experience with international tax forms (e.g., 5472, 5471, 8865, 8858) is a valuable asset.

• CPA certification in progress or plans to pursue a CPA designation are an advantage.
